I first started having massages from Helen some years back while waiting for the first of 2 hip replacements. I can't say enough about the benefits I felt from the treatments. It would allow me to have some sort of life while waiting for my operations. The pain relief value alone was amazing, and allowed me to cut down of the pain killers I was taking.
Now post-op I can enjoy a deeper massage and have to admit that Helen is both gentle or intense depending on my needs. Swedish massage, Hot stones and Reiki all of these treatments give an amazing up-lift to both body and mind I really can't thank her enough for her support and the pleasure that my treatments now give.

It's easy to accept your aches and pains as part of everyday life, it's also easy to consider a massage a luxury treat, however after Helen had gone to work on my knots I'd say its routine maintenance!
As a former keen runner I found that a combination of reiki and massage on the sorest areas made a noticeable difference, and as an office worker hunched in front of my PC all day a Swedish back massage/cupping really helps loosen up your shoulders.
