Our Introduction to Crystal and Colour Therapy Workshop is ideal for anyone interested in learning more about Crystals and Colour Therapy. Our Introduction to Crystal and Colour Therapy Workshop will provide you with a thorough grounding in the basic techniques and theory of crystal and colour therapy and how to use crystals and colour at home to promote health and wellbeing. You will learn ‘hands on’ techniques for the use of crystal and colour therapy tools such as crystal chakra discs, orb and sphere sets, coloured silks, colour therapy glasses and colour therapy torches.
During this 1 day workshop you will learn how to give a simple crystal and colour therapy treatment for relaxation to friends nd family and enjoy the benefits of receiving one as you practice the techniques taught in pairs. Our 1 day workshop is ideal introduction to crystal and colour therapy and an excellent foundation to Chrysalis Therapy Training's VTCT Level 3 Certificate in Crystal or Colour Therapy courses.
